At Collector Bay, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. While each jersey and memorabilia item is unique, we offer a clear and transparent returns policy.
• Return Window – Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition – Products must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags, packaging, or certificates included.
• Exclusions – Please note that match-worn items, limited memorabilia, or one-of-a-kind collectibles may not be eligible for returns, given their unique nature.
• Refund Process – Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Return Shipping Costs – The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
